Vella's Creations is not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to fault of selective carriers. Please contact carrier directly.
Our current turnaround time is 5-7 Business Days for READY TO SHIP items ONLY. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Personalized Custom Orders will be shipped out within 10-15 business days. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround time. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once order has been processed and ready to ship expect an e-mail with your tracking information.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Damages/ Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact USPS/UPS Immediately if the item is damaged so that they can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once the item is shipped and left our hand we are not responsible for any damages that may occur in transit as we are not responsible for delivery. Order never arrived:
If your order has not arrive be sure to let us know immediately.
First, check your shipping confirmation and verify that your information is correct. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at vellascreations538@gmail.com making sure you include your order number in the email. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
I ordered the wrong item what do I do?
It is very important that you read the description for each listing, as well as look over your order before you checkout. If you order the wrong item and do not reach out before it ships out, you will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the wrong item as well as shipping out the correct item. This will also only be possible if the item is in its same condition and is the same price as what you intended to order.
